Refund Policy

All sales final

All purchases from Revenega are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, and we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Why this policy exists

Revenega products are research chemicals shipped under cold-chain conditions. Once a vial has left our facility, we cannot verify how it was stored, handled, or used in transit or after receipt. To preserve the integrity of every lot we ship and to protect the safety of every researcher who orders from us, we cannot accept returned product back into inventory under any conditions.

Order accuracy

You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of every order before submitting it — compound, concentration, quantity, billing address, and shipping address. Please review your cart carefully at checkout. Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping issues

If a package is lost in transit, marked delivered but not received, delayed by the carrier, held by customs, or otherwise impacted by events outside our facility, that is between you and the carrier. Revenega is not responsible for carrier errors, delivery exceptions, lost packages, stolen packages, customs seizures, or any other shipping-related event after the package leaves our facility. We will provide tracking information and any documentation you need to file a claim with the carrier, but we do not refund or replace orders for shipping issues.

Address accuracy

Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered delivered when the carrier marks them delivered. Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses are the customer’s responsibility. We do not refund or replace orders that are returned to sender, refused at delivery, or delivered to an address you later wish to change.

Research use only

All Revenega products are sold strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use. They are not for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or research use. By placing an order you confirm you are a qualified researcher purchasing for legitimate research purposes and you accept full responsibility for the product upon delivery.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy will be contested with full order documentation, tracking, and proof of delivery. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently barred from future orders.
