These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of revenega.com and any purchase you make from Revenega (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Research Use Only

All compounds sold by Revenega are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, in-vivo diagnostic use, or research application of any kind.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or affiliated entity acquiring the compound for legitimate research.
You will use the compound solely for research purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
You will not administer, ingest, or otherwise introduce the compound into any human or animal subject.
You assume full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and lawful disposal.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction. By placing an order you confirm you meet both requirements. We reserve the right to verify age and identity, refuse any order, or cancel any account that we reasonably believe is non-compliant.

Order acceptance and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Listed prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated and shown at checkout. Pricing and availability may change without notice. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Payment

We accept payment through Link Money (US bank transfer), Coinpal (cryptocurrency), and Venmo (manual transfer). For Venmo orders, your order is held in On Hold status until we confirm receipt of payment in our Venmo account. Orders not paid within 48 hours may be cancelled and returned to inventory.

Shipping, risk of loss, and cold-chain

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We use insulated cold-chain packaging where applicable. If a shipment arrives damaged, warm, or otherwise compromised, photograph the package within 48 hours of delivery and contact us — see our Refund Policy for replacement terms.

Returns and refunds

Used or partially used vials cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons. Refunds, replacements, and other return terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All site content — text, photographs, product images, logos, code, and Certificates of Analysis — is owned by Revenega or licensed to us, and is protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any portion of the site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the site to violate any law; (b) attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; (c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without permission; (d) interfere with site availability through automated traffic, scraping, or denial-of-service attacks; or (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in the Certificate of Analysis accompanying each batch, products are provided “as is” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenega’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. In no event will Revenega be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, lost data, or research outcomes.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Revenega and its officers, employees, and contractors harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your use of any product purchased from us, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
