This Privacy Policy explains what information Revenega (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects when you visit revenega.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

Order information — name, billing and shipping address, email, and phone, collected only when you place an order or create an account.
Payment metadata — we never see or store your full card number. Card details are tokenized by our PCI-compliant payment processors (Link Money for ACH bank payments, Coinpal for crypto, and Venmo for manual transfers). We retain only the last four digits and the processor’s transaction reference for reconciliation.
Account information — if you create an account, your email, hashed password, and order history.
Site analytics — anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, referrer, browser, device type, and approximate location (city-level), used to measure site performance.
Communications — any message you send us via email, contact form, or support request.

How we use it

Process and fulfill your order, calculate shipping, and apply applicable sales tax.
Send transactional messages: order confirmations, shipping notifications, tracking, and replies to support inquiries.
Comply with US tax-collection requirements (TaxJar) and accounting recordkeeping.
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
Improve the site, fix bugs, and inform product decisions.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Third parties we share with

We share the minimum information necessary with vendors that help us operate the business:

Payment processors — Link Money, Coinpal, Venmo, for processing your payment.
Tax engine — TaxJar, for sales-tax calculation and reporting.
Shipping carriers — USPS, UPS, FedEx (depending on the service selected) for delivery and tracking.
Email service — for transactional notifications.
Hosting and security — SiteGround for hosting; Cloudflare and SiteGround Security for DDoS protection and bot mitigation.
Affiliate platform — GoAffPro, only if you arrived via an affiliate referral link.

Each vendor is bound by its own privacy and security obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law (subpoena, court order, or government request).

Cookies and tracking

The site uses essential cookies to maintain your shopping cart, login session, and age-verification confirmation, plus aggregate analytics cookies to count visits. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@revenega.com. We will respond within 30 days. Note that we are required to retain certain order and tax records for the periods required by US law (typically 7 years).

Data retention and security

Order and account data is retained for as long as your account is active or as required to comply with legal obligations. We use HTTPS (TLS 1.3) site-wide, hashed passwords, and restrict employee access to customer data on a need-to-know basis. We do not store payment card numbers.

Children

The site and the products sold here are not directed at minors. You must be 21 years or older to use the site or place an order.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 14 days.
